Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center

We're now seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our remote call center team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Connecting with potential clients through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility for compensation, and guiding them through the process
  • Handling a high volume of calls, with an average of 40-50 connections per day, and identifying 1-5 potential clients who may qualify for compensation
  • Multitasking, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows simultaneously
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately
  • Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Assisting with other projects as needed
  • Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
  • Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
  • Use a reliable noise-cancellation headset wired via USB (average price is $20-$30)
  • Have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles
  • Possess 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

Hours of Operation

Our full-time schedule is 40 hours a week, with the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
