Key Responsibilities

As a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service operations, engaging directly with customers through phone calls and emails. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Inquiry Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email, providing accurate and detailed information about our wellness and supplement products.
  • Product Expertise: Provide expert knowledge about our products, guiding customers to make informed decisions and ensuring they have a positive experience with our brand.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and addressing order-related questions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Administrative Support: Complete administrative tasks as required to support the overall customer experience, including data entry, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
  • Positive Interaction: Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in all customer interactions, upholding our commitment to superior service and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven Experience in Customer Service: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the wellness and supplements industry.
  • Previous Experience in eCommerce: Previous experience working in eCommerce, with familiarity in CRM platforms like Richpanel, Hubspot, Gorgias, or similar.
  • Interest and Knowledge in the Health and Wellness Industry: A genuine interest and knowledge in the health and wellness industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of handling phone, email, and potential live chat interactions with professionalism.
  • Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Reliable Internet Connection and Quality Headset: A reliable internet connection and quality headset; ability to work in a quiet, focused environment.
  • Reliable and Punctual: Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Work Eastern or Pacific US Time Zone: Ability to work Eastern or Pacific US time zone, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and requirements.

Schedule and Offer Details

We're currently hiring 6 Phone Customer Service Representatives, with the following schedules available:

  • 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Eastern time zone (1 rep needed)
  • 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Pacific time zone (1 rep needed)
  • 8am-5pm, Saturday-Sunday AND three weekdays of your choosing, US time zone flexible (4 reps needed)

Compensation

Compensation is competitive based on geographic location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
