Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content group. As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and optimize content portfolio performance. You'll work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop data-driven insights to inform our content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, search queries) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions
- Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing campaigns to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Good TO-HAVES
* Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- An enthusiasm for media and entertainment
