Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Work from Home Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary assignment with the potential to be hired on based on performance and attendance. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for handling complex customer inquiries, providing empathetic and personalized support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming complex calls or outbound appointments, using exceptional listening skills to identify customers' needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Professionally answering calls and addressing caller inquiries as needed, while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone
  • Routing calls as needed to appropriate resources, ensuring seamless customer support
  • Performing research using available resources to provide required information to callers, and completing necessary administrative work as needed
  • Completing call logs accurately and maintaining a high level of productivity

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Dependability and ability to adhere to a schedule, with a strong focus on meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Effective listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Customer service orientation, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and complete tasks efficiently

Work from Home Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless remote work, you'll need:

  • A laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or better, 8GB of RAM installed, and 256GB of storage
  • A USB headset to plug into your computer
  • Hardwired internet using an Ethernet cable
