Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving the development of our technical products and services. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of new systems and features that meet the exceptional requirements of our internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of new systems and features Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through implementation, using your expertise in project management, data analysis, customer experience, and market research to achieve business goals Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business, financials, products/services, and team/market needs and challenges Design and manage the delivery of short-term goals (>= 1 year), owning targeted product excess and ensuring product vision aligns with business objectives Practice independent judgment while determining when to apply policies, methods, and evaluation principles to work Work independently and have work reviewed at critical points Essential Qualifications 10+ years of moderate experience in product management of technical systems BS in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into meaningful insights and products Experience working on greenfield ideas from concept to launch as well as scaling systems while managing ambiguity Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with ability to analyze, communicate, and present metrics, plans, and decisions effectively to support proposals across a large organization Preferred Qualifications Advanced SQL skills Experience with Jira software Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Chewy, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $135,500 - $215,000 for this role, depending on your experience and qualifications. You'll also be eligible for a range of benefits, including 401k, annual stock award, and various types of insurance (medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, hospital reimbursement, critical illness, and accident).
