Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Completing assigned projects from your support manager to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues using the HireVue system, a cutting-edge technology that enables efficient issue resolution
  • Documenting and managing cases for each support interaction to maintain accurate records and improve future support processes
  • Recommending process improvements and reporting trends/issues to your supervisor to drive continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues

  • Positive attitude and drive for continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Expert reading and writing skills to accurately document customer interactions and communicate with customers
  • Proficient with technology and troubleshooting technical issues to provide efficient support
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, with technical support experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system to streamline customer interactions and improve support processes

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful in resolving complex customer issues
  • Experience communicating with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Flexible schedule for 24/7 customer support to accommodate diverse customer needs
  • US Citizenship required for the position
