The Role

Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues
- Proficient data entry skills, with the ability to accurately enter customer orders into our system
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Friendly demeanor, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
