Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering top-notch customer service, consistently exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships with our valued clients
  • Resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries efficiently, effectively, and professionally
  • Managing conflicts effectively and providing meaningful solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Recording detailed notes in our CRM system after each interaction, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Anticipating customer needs and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Handling damage, loss, and contract management, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborating with other teams to meet and exceed targets, driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Automotive industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Saturday: 3:00pm-11:30pm
  • Sunday: 3:00pm-11:30pm
