Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date
• Working with clients to determine their needs and assist them with their travel arrangements, including but not limited to:

+ Flights + Cruises + Theme parks + Hotel/resort accommodation + Rental cars

• Completing required certification within a timely manner
• Completing ongoing training with our company and travel partners
• Maintaining reliable internet access with a smartphone and/or a computer

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be a resident of the United States
• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred but not necessary)
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Be able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
