Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and tenants, handling phone, chat, and email inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving any customer service issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
