Job Summary

As a work-from-home customer service and appointment setting agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients across various industries, including customer service, order support, sales, appointment setting, consulting services, and technical support. You will also have the opportunity to work with our virtual insurance agency, providing insurance services to clients and helping them navigate the complex world of insurance.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Set appointments for clients and schedule follow-up calls as needed
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Starting wage: $9.50 per hour

  • Raise after 30 days: up to $11.50-$14.25 per hour, depending on performance and skill sets
  • Full benefits for full-time and part-time employees after 30 days
