Job Overview

The Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel play a critical role in the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborating with the QC team to ensure accuracy and quality of work
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 60 plus WPM
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting pay: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour

Schedule

This is a full-time, remote position, Monday through Friday. You will be required to work a standard 8-hour day, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed.
