Responsibilities and Duties
As an IT Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Sharing your passion for the brand and its products/services with customers
- Providing expert advice and guidance on large-scale electronic purchasing needs
- Comparing and analyzing competitor products to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions
- Demonstrating empathy and understanding in stressful situations to deliver exceptional customer support
- Collaborating with customers to resolve technical issues and provide solutions
- Staying up-to-date with the latest brand products and services to provide accurate and informed support
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as an IT Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems
- Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments
- A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts at a customer's knowledge level
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on technical support
- Knowledge of cloud-based applications and services
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Experience working with customers in stressful situations
Technology Requirements
To ensure a seamless and efficient experience for customers, you'll need:
- A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
- A stable internet connection (we recommend a minimum of 10mbps)
- Reliable sound output (either through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets)
Compensation and Perks
