Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – High-Speed Data Processing and Automation

As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in helping us power our rebate aggregator operations process, related to document transfers, reporting, rejection management, trending, and rebate reconciliation.

Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Evaluating and growing equipment and automation to help power performance for arenaflex's rebate aggregator operations process
• Working with utility bills in a data entry capacity, requiring high accuracy and speed
• Utilizing 10-key speed and accuracy, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to excel in this role
• Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our creators and subscribers

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Documented high 10-key KPM or WPM (at least 13,000 kph)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and speed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to provide own office equipment and setup (dual monitors, 10-key keyboard, microphone, speakers, and web camera)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry or a related field

• Familiarity with arenaflex's platform and operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and software
