Responsibilities

As a customer chat support representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for representing our clients as the voice of their customer support team. You will communicate with customers through online chat to provide accurate information, resolve issues and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information via online chat
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Documenting all customer interactions and escalating issues as necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge through training and coaching

Requirements

To succeed as a customer chat support representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately
