Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Voice AI & Conversational AI Consultant
to
audit, refine, and optimize
an existing AI automation system built for a high-ticket coaching program (90-Day Career Accelerator).
- *Important:**
This role is
NOT starting from scratch
. We already have:
- Scripts written
- Initial voice AI and conversational AI logic built
- Early-stage implementation underway
Your role is to review what exists, identify gaps, improve performance, ensure readiness, and elevate the system to a production-ready, professional standard. This is a
consultative, audit-driven role
that requires both
strategic judgment and technical execution

Primary Focus Areas

1. Voice AI Audit & Optimization (Top Priority)
Audit and improve existing
AI voice agents
handling:
- *Outbound Voice AI**
• Appointment reminders (date, time, timezone, location)
- Missed appointment / no-show follow-ups
- Pre-call confirmations
- Post-call next-step follow-ups
- Light qualification and call routing
- *Inbound Voice AI**
• Answering questions about the 90-Day Career Accelerator
- Basic customer service and FAQs
- Determining caller intent
- Escalating sales-ready or complex calls to human staff
- *Audit & Improvement Expectations**
• Review existing call scripts and logic
- Identify where conversations feel robotic, rushed, or unclear
- Improve natural dialogue flow, pacing, and listening behavior
- Ensure agents ask clarifying questions when needed
- Optimize escalation logic (AI → human handoff)
- Confirm agents stay on-brand, professional, and human-sounding
- Validate readiness for real-world call volume

2. Conversational AI Audit & Optimization (Text-Based Channels)
Review and enhance conversational AI across:
- SMS / text messaging
- Instagram DMs
- Facebook Messenger
- CRM-based messaging flows
Responsibilities include:
- Auditing existing message scripts and flows
- Improving clarity, tone, and engagement
- Ensuring logical sequencing and follow-up timing
- Reducing friction and confusion in conversations
- Improving booking, confirmation, and response rates
- Aligning messaging tone with a premium coaching brand

Audit & Consulting Responsibilities (Critical)
This role requires
strong audit capability
, including the ability to:
- Review existing AI workflows end-to-end
- Identify logical gaps, redundancies, or breakdown points
- Assess conversation quality, not just technical execution
- Provide
clear written feedback
on what works and what does not
- Recommend specific improvements (not vague suggestions)
- Distinguish between “good enough” and “production-ready”
- Validate readiness for scale and client-facing use
You must be comfortable
critiquing existing work
, improving it, and explaining *why* changes are needed. --- ##
Technical & Systems Knowledge Required
Candidates must demonstrate experience with:
- Voice AI systems (inbound & outbound)
- Conversational design and dialogue logic
- Script-based and intent-based AI flows
- CRM integrations (e.g., GoHighLevel, Twilio, or similar)
- Call routing, tagging, and logging
- SMS and social messaging automations
- Workflow documentation and logic mapping
- Testing and QA for AI conversations

• Understanding of TCPA and consent-based calling/messaging
- Proper handling of disclosures when AI is used
- Data privacy and secure handling of personal information
- Ability to explain safeguards clearly and professionally

• Proven experience auditing or optimizing AI systems (not just building)
- Experience with voice AI in real business environments
- Strong conversational design instincts
- Ability to think from both
