Your Role as a Private Health Insurance Sales Agent: • Sell private health insurance products tailored to clients' needs, including Short Term, Fixed Indemnity, and Mini Med plans. • Conduct client needs analyses to provide personalized recommendations and solutions. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up. • Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to ensure accurate and informed client interactions. • Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. What We’re Looking For: • 1+ years of experience selling private insurance products (preferred). • Active Health Insurance License, with the ability to be appointed with carriers like All State Health and UHC. • Licensed in multiple states (preferred). • Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. • Strong consultative sales skills with an ability to assess and meet client needs. • Professional phone etiquette, appearance, and communication skills. • A career-driven mindset with a focus on growth, success, and continuous improvement.
