Position: CRM & Automation Engineer (AI‐Driven RevOps) (m/f/d) Location: Germany

Responsibilities

Factory Berlin is entering a new chapter—building and scaling companies, attracting top talent, and shaping a new generation of legends. We are looking for a CRM & Automation Engineer to help us create the systems and foundations that turn bold ideas into real, scalable companies. You’ll work with us on building the future, enabling founders to focus on what matters most: their ideas. As a CRM & Automation Engineer , you will own, design, and continuously evolve our AI‑driven CRM and automation ecosystem. This is not a pure execution role. You will architect systems, make informed tool decisions, and translate business requirements into scalable, automated workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. You think in systems, impact, and long‑term scalability — not just tools. Your Responsibilities: CRM Ownership

  • Own and develop our Hub Spot CRM architecture, including pipelines, objects, properties, workflows, and reporting
  • Ensure high data quality, scalability, and long‑term maintainability
  • Design clear lifecycle stages, lead and account models, and attribution logic

Automation & Integration

  • Build, maintain, and optimize advanced automations using n8n, Make, and Zapier
  • Decide which automation tool is best suited for each use case, considering complexity, cost, scalability, and reliability
  • Design and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, and third‑party tools
  • Monitor, debug, and continuously improve existing automations

AI & Data Enrichment

  • Design and implement AI‑powered workflows using LLMs and automation platforms
  • Work extensively with Clay and enrichment tools to:
  • Enrich leads and accounts
  • Score and prioritize opportunities
  • Reduce manual research and operational overhead
  • Apply AI for classification, summarization, routing, and decision support

Cross‑Functional Enablement

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Leadership
  • Translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions
  • Document systems and enable teams to work efficiently with them

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in CRM, Rev Ops, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Hub Spot
  • Experience with other CRM tools is a plus
  • Proven experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
  • Strong understanding of AI‑driven workflows and data enrichment
  • Practical experience with Clay and AI‑based enrichment workflows
  • Technical confidence working with APIs, webhooks, and data structures
  • A structured, analytical mindset with a strong bias toward automation and scalability
  • Fluency in both German and English (required)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, Education, or other high‑growth environments
  • Experience with BI tools or data modeling
  • Familiarity with AI agents or copilots
  • Experience managing complex, multi‑pipeline CRM setups

Your Reward

  • A seat at the table during a pivotal moment in Factory’s evolution, with real influence on how we build and scale companies
  • The opportunity to build the future with us by supporting founders in turning ambitious ideas into real, scalable businesses
  • The chance to co‑create an institution for talents with global ambition, at the intersection of entrepreneurship, creativity, and technology
  • Access to a creative, dynamic workspace and a vibrant community
  • An inclusive, collaborative team culture with room for experimentation and ownership
  • Flexible work options, including home office and mobile working days
  • A permanent employment contract with 28 days of holiday
  • A Mac Book and iPhone for work
  • Monthly internet and travel allowance, plus free beverages
