Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Live Chat specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Live Chat specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat sessions. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat sessions in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of shipping containers and logistics industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Fluency in multiple languages
