Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Medicare Customer Service Representatives. As a Remote Medicare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, navigating the complexities of Medicare, and identifying opportunities to upgrade products and services. This is a seasonal position, and we are looking for individuals who are available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Medicare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to individuals navigating the complexities of Medicare
  • Utilizing your knowledge and expertise to help customers understand their coverage options and select the right products and services
  • Identifying opportunities to upgrade products and services to meet customers' evolving needs
  • Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
  • Making outbound calls to provide follow-up support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Health insurance license in your state of residence
  • High-speed internet access (>15 mbps)
  • A minimum of six (6) months sales experience
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer savvy and proficiency in CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of Medicare and its various programs
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
