Description

As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping to ensure their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services and policies. Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and other travel-related inquiries.

  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
  • Assist with booking and rebooking flights, processing refunds, and making adjustments to travel itineraries, ensuring seamless and efficient customer service.

Requirements
