Job Description

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of our customer service team, providing timely, accurate, and professional support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns promptly and efficiently
  • Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes
  • Staying up-to-date with new products and services to provide the best customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
