Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
* Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
* Providing support to policyholders with policy changes and recommendations
* Using excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless and motivated individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* 6 months of customer service experience (minimum)
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High school graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* 6 months of call center experience (preferred)
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:
* A minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps
* A minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
* An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Proof of internet speed required
* A clean and quiet workspace
