Minami Tamaki is a law firm that provides quality legal representation with a focus on personalized service. They are seeking an Immigration Paralegal to assist attorneys in preparing employment-based visa petitions and other immigration-related cases.
Responsibilities
- Assisting our attorneys in preparing employment based non-immigrant and/or immigrant visa petitions
- Other case types may include PERM, naturalization, and family-based cases
Skills
- 1 – 4 years of business immigration experience
- BS/BA degree
- Clear written and oral communication
- Strong aptitude for persuasive writing
- Focus on attention to detail
- Efficient time management
- Organized
- Able to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent English communication and client service skills
- Experience in MS Suite
- Enjoy working in a team environment
