Talent Acquisition Specialist

AMS is a leader in the Financial Service industry, dedicated to redefining talent outsourcing and consulting. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier candidates using various sourcing techniques to meet the organization's hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Use Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and other advanced sourcing techniques to find top talent
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing priorities
  • Share market insights, candidate feedback, and sourcing strategy updates regularly
  • Keep candidate records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure sourcing and candidate outreach activities comply with data protection and hiring regulations

Skills

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and candidate relationship tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for crafting personalized outreach messages
  • Capable of effectively promoting the employer brand and articulating the company's value proposition
  • Able to analyze profiles, assess potential fit, and prioritize sourcing efforts strategically
