Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development, you'll be responsible for:

• Driving the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product, ensuring seamless and secure data entry for our internal customers
• Characterizing and implementing a methodology, prioritization, and workflows for the Client Insightful Center
• Ensuring tools are built and scaled to support the security and reliability needs of internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, and identifying potential opportunities for product development and differentiation
• Collaborating with Designing, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer protection

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 7 years of experience in product management
• OR 9 years of experience in product management or related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, and 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products

• Experience in creating comprehensive digital experiences, knowledge in executing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices and commitment to joining us in making open products and services observing arenaflex's accessibility guidelines and rules for supporting a comprehensive culture
