Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, and completing necessary paperwork. You will also be involved in inbound and outbound calling, quality control, and leadership development. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and prospects
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Develop leadership skills through arenaflex's proprietary Leadership Academy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • 18+ years of age
  • Must pass a background check
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales and customer service

  • Familiarity with insurance and supplemental benefits
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* $40,000 to $45,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions
