Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries of varying types, including sales, billing, and technical support
  • Utilizing probing question skills to actively listen and resolve customer concerns
  • Meeting sales targets and managing objections to minimize churn
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to provide exceptional service and support
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed solutions to customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
  • A proven track record of solving problems and meeting goals
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in customer service and sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements to Work from Home

To ensure a seamless and secure remote work experience, you'll need:

  • A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
  • Excellent Internet connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
  • In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
  • A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you'll be able and willing to download our app for company communications
  • Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
