Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound calls from healthcare clients, providing accurate and efficient information about our programs and services
  • Utilizing online reference materials, scripts, and other resources to guide conversations and ensure consistent quality of service
  • Documenting details of conversations, including customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and sensitivity
  • Meeting department quality assurance standards and metrics, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date with program information, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Healthcare-related certification (e.g., CNA, LPN, RN)
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in desktop applications, call center software, and the internet
  • A reliable private internet connection, with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable
  • Ability to pass a language knowledge assessment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Previous government clearance
  • Experience working in a government or healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with call center software and technology
