Job Responsibilities

- Monitoring and reviewing the status of open tickets, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and effectively
- Communicating outcomes and updates to customers via email, providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining organized records and focusing on quick ticket resolution
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- No prior experience is required, though previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer is a plus
- Exceptional typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
