Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional live chat support to customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Making outbound customer calls for follow-up and upselling purposes, leveraging your communication and active listening skills to build strong relationships and drive sales
• Conducting quality checks on prior day calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Scheduling maintenance visits and calling on customer lists to offer promotions and drive business growth
• Following up on reviews, both positive and negative, to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
• Providing general inbound customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Key Qualifications
