Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Create engaging social media content, including videos, graphics, and social media posts, to showcase arenaflex's brand personality and values
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and drive website traffic
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns
  • Utilize 3D design tools, such as Blender, to create engaging and interactive content
  • Create social media reels and TikToks that showcase arenaflex's products and services
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's brand voice and tone
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and social media marketing

Essential Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in a college or university program, with a focus on graphic design, marketing, or a business-related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in 3D design tools, such as Blender
  • Experience with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features
