Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, requests, orders, or applications via email, phone, and chat
  • Providing empathetic and effective support to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Modifying and escalating complaints across multiple communication channels
  • Being the first point of contact and advocate for customers
  • Handling a high volume of customer support requests with accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To become a freelance Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old with a stable internet connection
  • Have no prior experience, but prior experience is preferred
  • Possess excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong emphasis on email etiquette
  • Be articulate, personable, and reliable, with a customer-centric approach
  • Have 1 year of chat support experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Familiarity with CRM/support tool experience is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Proficiency in multiple communication channels, including email, phone, and chat
