Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Virtual Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with adequate speed and accuracy
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions, learn and comprehend tagging systems, rules, and guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual assistant role
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
