As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* First Response Time: Respond to customer inquiries within 30 seconds.

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve 80% of customer issues on the first contact.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher.
  • Quality of Service: Maintain a quality of service rating of 95% or higher.

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or live chat support role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and employees.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
