Experienced Full Stack Workflow Systems Analyst – Data Entry Remote at arenaflex

As a Workflow Systems Analyst in our Platform Services & Operations group, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of arenaflex's operating systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine workflow tooling at scale.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workflow Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Platform Services & Operations group, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical workflow tooling that enables our teams to deliver high-quality software experiences. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and workflow optimization will help us drive business outcomes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall arenaflex experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and refine workflow tooling
• Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards to provide insights and visibility into workflow performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations for change
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on dashboard design and functionality
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various sources
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst

• Strong understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced Tableau developer skills
• Proficiency in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
• Experience working with large data sets and developing data visualizations to support business decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development

• Experience in software development, including data pipeline construction, merging, and code transport
• Product ownership experience, including responsibility for key outcomes and driving efforts towards concrete results through analytics
• Project management experience, including planning and leading efforts across cross-functional teams
