Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with customers to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide them with the solutions they need to succeed. You'll also be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, helping customers navigate our website and online ordering, and becoming a product and solutions expert.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and experience

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, marketing)
  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Fluency in multiple languages
