Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Systems Analyst to support our HR Department, focusing on HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tasks, benefits administration, and process improvements. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with the Director of Employee Benefits, collaborating with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our HR systems. This is a full-time, salaried, and exempt position, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the HR Department in various tasks, including: + Attending meetings about departmental projects and initiatives + Working on SAP HRIS tasks, such as data updates, preparation, and training + Performing analytical and technical support for HR-related projects + Configuring and programming benefits/HR systems

  • Collaborate with the Information Systems department and external vendors to resolve system-related issues
  • Test, configure, patch, and upgrade SAP, Kronos, Benefits Enrollment System, and other applicable benefits or HR systems
  • Write code and configuration programming in SAP and Kronos for benefits plans, paid time off benefits, FMLA, and state leave of absence laws
  • Consult with end-users to determine system requirements and implement system changes
  • Develop and implement testing strategies, testing scripts, patches, and adjustments to the current system configuration
  • Ensure documentation of the framework setup is up-to-date and current
  • Serve as a backup for monthly billing of Life, Optional Life, and Long Term Disability Plans
  • Responsible for EEO-1 reporting, annual audits, and other related responsibilities, such as census reports, various queries, and Excel reports
  • Manage Organization Management, including evaluating job codes, workers' compensation codes, and EEO categories
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative developments affecting current benefit plans and schemes
  • Provide counsel on the impact of regulatory changes on worker benefits and HR practices
  • Contribute to the creation of project requirement documents for submission to the Information Systems and Projects teams
  • Educate employees about benefits and HR systems and inform staff and employees about changes
  • Report to various departments as required, including Benefits, Leave of Absence, Human Resources, and Legal
  • Create and deliver face-to-face presentations to employee groups to simplify complex benefits and HR issues

Essential Qualifications

* Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information systems, business administration)

  • Strong skills in SAP HCM and Kronos Leave/Accruals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
  • Experience with data analysis and extraction of database information for queries and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and within a team structure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
  • Ability to multitask on deliverables and lead phases of an implementation or project

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in HRIS support and benefits administration

  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
