Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, driving business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights. Join arenaflex and be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of customer experience With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with product and process owners, Qualtrics specialists, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and improvement in our VOC method.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs

• Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
• Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications:

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services
• Certification in data science, analytics, or a related field
