What's the Job All About?
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll:
* Support customers over the phone, identify their issues, and help resolve them
* Assist with questions related to customers' phones, tablets, and computers
* Register customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
* Work towards set goals that will help you develop professionally
Your Qualifications
* You speak and understand Danish
* You reside in Denmark (note: you must work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
* You have a high level of English proficiency
* You're interested in technology and not afraid to take on technical challenges
* You know what good customer service is and are motivated to deliver it
* You have a quiet workspace and a stable internet connection
