Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Care representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex card members via phone, chat, and email channels
- Handling a wide range of inquiries, including account inquiries, billing questions, and assistance with card benefits and rewards
- Listening actively to card members' needs and concerns, offering empathetic support and personalized solutions
- Educating card members on arenaflex products, services, and digital tools to enhance their experience
- Utilizing resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
