Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members across various channels, including email, chat, and phone. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and efficient support to arenaflex members via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assisting members with inquiries related to their accounts, billing, streaming options, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Utilizing arenaflex's knowledge base and resources to resolve member issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex member concerns.
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's latest offerings, features, and policies to provide accurate information to members.
  • Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality of service.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with members and colleagues.
  • Adapting quickly to changes in workflows, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions.
