Position Overview

- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
