Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing personalized support and solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively, providing solutions and support to customers, and addressing their concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions, even in challenging situations.
  • Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
  • Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and support to clients.
  • Creating and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of customer interactions.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals as established by management, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm, maintaining a professional demeanor even in challenging situations.
  • Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and performance goals.
  • A strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting performance goals.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in financial services or customer support is highly desirable, as is familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems. Working Conditions

This position requires sitting and talking for extended periods, with the ability to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment. The role operates on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM, with remote work setup necessary following the initial training period.
