What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues
- Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide exceptional service
- Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while engaging with customers and providing solutions
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and think critically to provide solutions
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
- A commitment to being your best and providing exceptional service to our customers
