What you'll do:
* Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms
* Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues
* Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
* Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive business results
What you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and think critically to provide solutions
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
* Must be able to pass a background check for the KY Rx Tech license
* A commitment to being your best, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
