Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our team of talented engineers who are shaping the future of travel technology. As a Full Stack Developer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure web and cloud applications that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and implement features that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure web and cloud applications using a range of technologies, including Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and ASP.NET Core
- Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and implement features that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and other agile development practices to ensure high-quality code and continuous improvement
- Work with our product owners to prioritize features, estimate effort, and plan releases
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality code and reduce testing time
- Collaborate with our DevOps team to design and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Participate in code refactoring, optimization, and performance tuning to ensure high-performance applications
- Collaborate with our security team to ensure that our applications meet the highest security standards
- Participate in knowledge sharing and training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud applications
- Proven experience in at least one object-oriented language, such as Java or C#
- Proven experience in at least one web framework, such as Spring or ASP.NET Core
- Proven experience in SQL and database design
- Ability to work in a Linux/Unix environment using shell commands
- Ability to review programs and services to ensure they adhere to security standards
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience building enterprise-level, Internet-scale distributed systems or high-quantity client/server systems
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication
- Experience using delivery management systems, such as Jira or Trello
- Exposure to non-prevent integration/deployment environments
- Experience delivering software applications using an Agile approach, such as Extreme Programming or Scrum
- Product experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), Testing Pyramid, Multi-threading and concurrency, Debugging, and performance profiling and optimization
- Proficiency in object-oriented and service-oriented software development patterns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, such as Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience in DevOps Toolchain methodologies, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
