About arenaflex and the Voice of the Customer Team
arenaflex has a long history of delivering exceptional customer experiences across various industries, with over 5 million surveys received from clients each year. Our Customer Listening Team, comprising experts from GSG, GABM, and GCS businesses, plays a crucial role in implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.
The Senior Statistics Architect Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to drive the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer methodology. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting in the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted on Qualtrics. You'll work closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
- Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
- Provide actionable insights to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
- Develop and implement automation tools to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique
Essential and Preferred Qualifications:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development, launch management, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to deliver small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups
- Experience working with large data ecosystems and developing automation tools to streamline processes
- Familiarity with data model architecture and ability to design and build robust data models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights to drive efficiency and productivity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong understanding of data processing and analytics, with the ability to leverage transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions
- Experience with data model architecture and ability to design and build robust data models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights to drive efficiency and productivity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
