Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, or chat. You'll work collaboratively with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while being part of a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, or chat

  • Analyze customer inquiries and help resolve issues and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements

Are You a Good Fit?

* You have at least 1 year of call center experience within the last 3 years

  • You're a high school graduate or have your GED
  • You're authorized to work in the United States
  • You have a stable work history and are able to work occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages
  • You're a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • You're able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Benefits and Pay

* Starts at $16.00/hour with future opportunities for advancement and growth

  • Generous benefits, including health and life insurance, dental reimbursement
  • A few weeks of paid virtual training focused on the sales aspect of the role
  • Schedule after training requires open availability Monday-Friday (8:00am-7:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am-1:00pm)
  • Office closed on Sundays
  • Start date Monday, March 11
