Key Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling high-volume calls from patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Performing data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our systems, handling top-off orders, and investigating missing data.
  • Utilizing arenaflex's solution information systems and rules to process new patient enrollment and resolve data entry-related issues.
  • Communicating effectively with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Resolving external exceptions by investigating, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
  • Acquiring a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days and maintaining a valid license or certification.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation, typing, and data entry.
  • Essential web search skills, including opening a browser, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, and completing online forms.
  • Middle-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing reports.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least one year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or call center environment.

  • At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacist with a valid license or certification from the state or a recognized certification agency.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Advanced keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports.
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
